We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it work.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fair practice for all parties, we require customers to record an unboxing video of their package at the time of opening — without any cuts or interruptions. This video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained, no exceptions.
Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as delivered — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, reach out to us at contact@ay2i.com. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
All approved returns will be settled as store credit only. AY2i does not issue cash or payment method refunds under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
If your item arrived defective or incorrect, AY2i will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@ay2i.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. A valid unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.
Size Exchanges
We accommodate size exchanges subject to stock availability. Shipping charges for the exchange are borne by the customer — both for returning the original item and for delivery of the replacement. To request a size exchange, write to us at contact@ay2i.com with your order details and unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or beauty products
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as AY2i store credit. Store credit has no expiry and can be applied to any future purchase on our store. No cash refunds or payment reversals will be processed.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Standard condition requirements apply — item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. The unboxing video requirement applies here as well.
