Overview
Shipping is always on us. All AY2i orders — domestic and international — ship free with no minimum order value, no exceptions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. AY2i is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Any re-dispatch required as a result will be charged to the customer.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 2 to 5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 4 to 7 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas — 7 to 12 business days
These are estimates only and are subject to courier operations and local conditions.
International Shipping
AY2i ships internationally to select countries worldwide, always free of charge. Estimated delivery timelines by region:
- South Asia & Southeast Asia — 7 to 14 business days
- Middle East — 7 to 14 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom — 10 to 21 business days
- North America (USA & Canada) — 10 to 21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 10 to 21 business days
- Rest of World — 14 to 28 business days
Timelines are estimates only. AY2i is not liable for delays caused by local customs processing or courier operations beyond our control.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
AY2i covers all customs duties and import taxes on international orders. There are no surprise charges upon delivery — what you pay at checkout is all you pay.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, write to us at contact@ay2i.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@ay2i.com. We will coordinate with our courier partner and provide an update within 2 business days. AY2i will take full responsibility for orders confirmed lost in transit.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Store credit may be issued for the order value at AY2i's discretion, less any costs incurred.
Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
