TERMS OF SERVICE

AY2I FASHION SOLUTIONS LLP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on any website, application, or platform operated by AY2I FASHION SOLUTIONS LLP ("AY2i," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of our platforms and services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AY2i. Your continued use of our website or services following any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
  • You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction;
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.


AY2i reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including in cases where eligibility requirements are not met.


3. Products, Orders & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our platform are provided in good faith. AY2i reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.


3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until AY2i confirms acceptance via email or order confirmation. AY2i reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded in full.


3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. AY2i reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation shall be honoured for that transaction. We are not liable for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.


3.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our authorised payment channels. AY2i does not store payment card details. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are the authorised user of the payment method used.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and AY2i against fraudulent or unfair claims, and to maintain transparency in all post-purchase disputes, customers are required to record a continuous, unedited, uninterrupted video of the unboxing of their package at the time of first opening.


The following conditions apply:

  • The video must begin before the outer packaging is opened and must capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits;
  • The video must clearly show the package exterior, seal, and all contents upon opening;
  • This video is mandatory for all return, exchange, damage, and defect claims;
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of the nature of the complaint;
  • AY2i reserves the right to assess the validity of the submitted video and reject claims where the video does not meet the above requirements.


By making a purchase from AY2i, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement as a condition of your eligibility for post-purchase remedies.


5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

5.1 Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.


5.2 No Cash Refunds

AY2i does not issue cash refunds or reverse charges to any original payment method under any circumstances. All approved returns will be settled exclusively as AY2i Store Credit, which may be used toward future purchases on our platform. Store credit does not expire.


5.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unaltered;
  • With all original tags attached and intact;
  • In its original packaging;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.


5.4 Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability at the time of the request. The customer bears the full cost of return shipping for the original item and delivery charges for the replacement. AY2i does not guarantee the availability of a requested size and will issue store credit if the exchange cannot be fulfilled.


5.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Sale items — all purchases made during a sale are final;
  • Gift cards;
  • Custom or personalised orders;
  • Personal care or beauty products;
  • Perishable goods.


5.6 Return Shipping

If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, AY2i will arrange a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


6. Shipping & Delivery

AY2i endeavours to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated at the time of purchase. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to factors beyond our control including but not limited to courier delays, weather events, public holidays, and force majeure events.


AY2i shall not be held liable for delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.


In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, AY2i shall not be responsible for the loss or delay, and re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on AY2i's platforms — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, user interface, and visual identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of AY2I FASHION SOLUTIONS LLP and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.


You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written consent from AY2i. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.


Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, trade name, or branding in any manner.


8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent return, exchange, or damage claims;
  • Using our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
  • Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of our platforms;
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform without authorisation;
  • Reproducing, copying, or misrepresenting AY2i's brand, products, or content;
  • Posting defamatory, false, or misleading reviews or statements about AY2i or its products.


AY2i reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and/or terminate your access to our platforms in response to any prohibited conduct.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AY2I FASHION SOLUTIONS LLP makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


AY2i does not warrant that: (a) our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects will be corrected; or (c) the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AY2I FASHION SOLUTIONS LLP, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.


In no event shall AY2i's total liability to you exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AY2I FASHION SOLUTIONS LLP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our platform or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any false or fraudulent claim submitted to AY2i.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written notice to AY2i. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of such notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.


You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against AY2i.


13. European Union Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you retain the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. This statutory right is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights otherwise available to you under applicable law.


All other conditions of our Return Policy, including the unboxing video requirement and item condition requirements, continue to apply.


14. Modifications to Terms

AY2i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


AY2i's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.


16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AY2i with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
